Urban Elements Development Corp. has been active in Western Canada since 2002. During this time, we have completed over fifteen projects. We currently have several other projects in varying stages of completion — from the acquisition of approvals, to development, to projects for which a few condominium units remain to be sold.

In contrast to a “buy and hold” strategy, the Company adds significant tangible value to a property in emerging markets with our adaptable “hands on” management approach - renovating, rezoning, servicing and marketing, taken to varying levels of completion and sold at a point which maximizes project returns. Urban Elements Development Corp. attributes the company’s successful track record to having the vision to know the best time and place to acquire land and change land use to optimize its value to new users.

Diversification:
Our portfolio includes projects such as condo and resort property conversions, acreage developments and commercial property developments in the three western provinces.

Our business approach has evolved over the years as we’ve focused more on certain aspects of development and dropped others, to optimize profit and improve the timing of project completion. We also believe that being adaptable allows us to take better advantage of good market opportunities that may come along.
